Requisitos
Requirements & Qualifications – Must Have8+ years of experience in operations, planning, or client experience leadership within professional services.Proven experience leading multi-functional teams in a scaled environment (100+ employees).Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with strong execution discipline, agility in decision-making, and a proven track record of delivering results under tight timelines.Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-departmental projects and operational transformations.Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, ERP implementations, and workflow automation.Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience building KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks.Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Strong leadership profile with the ability to drive accountability and change.Requirements & Qualifications – Nice to HaveExperience in fast-growth professional services firms.Background in Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and/or Financial BPO operations.Formal training or certification in project management (Ex: PMP, Agile, Scrum).Exposure to client satisfaction frameworks (NPS, CSAT, CES).Experience redesigning client onboarding and engagement models at scale.Knowledge of U.S. accounting firm regulatory and compliance environments.Proficiency in BI tools (Ex: Power BI, Tableau, Looker).Background in process excellence methodologies (Ex: Lean, Six Sigma).International operations or multi-country service delivery experience, specially USA
