Requisitos
Experience in IT support, including remote assistance.Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.Fluency in Portuguese and English (B2 or above).Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 11.Hands-on experience with iOS devices (iPhone/iPad) configured through Intune and a good understanding of macOS.Solid understanding of Microsoft 365.Basic networking knowledge (IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, CLI commands).Ability to take ownership and deliver tasks reliably.Experience installing and deploying software, preferably via Intune.Knowledge of Office 365 architecture and apps.Understanding of user account administration in Microsoft Entra ID.Experience with Power Automate and PowerShell.Knowledge of Intune is considered a plus.Benefícios
